Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma certification
The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt TM (ICGBTM) is a part-time practitioner who is well enough in the fundamental to advanced parts of Lean Six Sigma Research methods, leads quality improvement, and participates as a team member in more sophisticated improvement projects led by a Certified Black Belt. Every Lean Six Sigma Green Belt does indeed have a full grasp of all components of the Lean Sigma green belt certification Method, as well as subject matter expertise in the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, as well as Control (DMAIC) processes, as described by the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Body of knowledge. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt has a thorough understanding of establishing, performing, understanding, and integrating Lean Six Sigma.
Certification Examinations
The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt exam is a proctored, 100-question, closed-book test with a three-hour time limit. Up to 10 pseudo questions* may be included in some test versions. The Exam consists of approximately 20 numerous different and true/false questions drawn from each large section of the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Domain of Research. It is administered in even more than 8,000 Examination Centres in 165 countries worldwide, and then through the IASSC Digitally On-Demand evaluation system and hundreds of IASSC Board-certified Providers.

No prerequisites are necessary to sit for the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam. See the FAQs and the IASSC perspective on knowledge and application for further information. Through the link provided below, you may purchase a Sustainable Forest Exam Voucher for USD 295.
Lean Six Sigma training completed from a recognized university, Lean Six Sigma trainer, or corporate program is encouraged but not needed for people who intend to sit for the test. Those taking the test should also have some real-world Lean Six Sigma job experience and institutional development expertise; however, this is unnecessary. IASSC shows that the non (informal) Green Belt Evaluation Exam assists you in deciding if you’re ready to take a proctored Qualifying Examination.
Accreditation
Practitioners will obtain IASSC Green Belt Certification from the International Association for Six Sigma certification, a real independent third-party Certification Association within the Lean Six Sigma Industry if they complete the course successfully.
The IASSC Certification is valid indefinitely. Effective March 1, 2017, a classification system recognizes certificates as “Current” for three years and outlines requirements for retaining such Status, according to the IASSC Recertification Policy.
An IASSC Certified Green Belt receives a Certificate (PDF) that includes a Quality assurance Number, a badge (.png file), and the correct to use the IASSC Certification Marks but instead Titles; a highly qualified designation that may be used in curriculum vitae and public characteristics such as Facebook and Instagram as long as the IASSC Marks Use Policy is followed.
